How do I Place an Order?

Can I Get a Formal Quote?

Of course! Simply email us at [email protected] to receive a formal quote if you need permission to make a purchase from your Supervisor or Accounts Payable. 

Ordering Online: 

Find a product you'd like to buy and click on the order button. Follow the instructions on the order page. If you are ordering more than one product, use our “Add to Cart” feature. If there were any options, sizes, colors or upgrades that you missed, one of our customer service staff members will contact you either by email or phone. In-stock items are shipped 24-48 hours after we receive the order. We will contact you if your order takes longer to ship.

Ordering by Phone: 

Our friendly, knowledgeable staff will help you select your height adjustable desk and ergonomic equipment based on your individual needs. Our top brands and competitive prices ensure that you'll be completely satisfied with phone purchase you make from ErgoUplift.com! Go ahead and order the basic desk online, then give us a call and we'll add on the features you want!

Ordering by Email: 

If you want to place your order through email, send us a message via [email protected] and one of our staff members will get back to you quickly with a total price including tax and shipping.  Please include the product in mind, color, and any options or upgrades that you might require.  

 

Does ErgoUplift.com Charge Sales Tax?

As a licensed business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We are required to charge 6-8% sales tax based on your zip code for any products shipped within Pennsylvania. We don't charge state sales tax on orders shipped outside of Pennsylvania.

 

Can you ship to an APO Address?

At this time, we are unable to ship to APO addresses.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  

 

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

At this time, we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box due to the size of our products.

 

When will I be contacted to confirm my order?

If your product has options that weren't specified when ordering prior to shipping your order, an ErgoUplift.com representative will email you the order and lead time for delivery.  For all normal orders we will send you a confirmation once your order ships.

 

When will ErgoUplift.com contact me in regard to delivery?

We will email you with your shipping information immediately after your order has shipped. For large orders including freight shipping and orders over 250lbs, our shipping vendor may call you prior to delivery to coordinate a convenient delivery time for you.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

As soon as your order ships we will email you with your shipping information and tracking number. This allows you to easily track the daily progress of your order from the warehouse to your door step.

 

Do you have a Catalog?

Our website essentially works as an online catalog. We add products regularly to give you the most up to date selection. It’s challenging to keep a printed catalog current. If you are unable to find what you are looking for please email us at [email protected] or call us at (412) 475-9868.  You can also browse our manufacturer's websites such as www.sisergo.com or www.anthro.com to see their full range of products, then email us for the lowest possible price!   

 

How do I Tell if Items are in Stock?

Here at ErgoUplift.com, you don’t have to worry about our warehouse inventory only having certain sizes or finishes in stock. We partner directly with the manufacturers to have them ship your Sit/Stand Desks and Ergonomic Equipment straight to your door.  This means that, pending manufacture issues, you can assume that all height adjustable desks and equipment listed on our website are ready to build and ship.  Please keep in mind that many items are custom made for your order, and can take 4-6 weeks to manufacture and ship.  This is the industry standard, a low price to pay for your own custom desk!  If your item isn’t directly in stock, we'll be sure to contact you via phone or email to discuss lead time. If shipping time will take too long for your needs, we may be able to expedite. If not, we’ll do our best to provide you with an alternative to make you happy. Otherwise, shop without worry because we'll gladly refund 100% of your money back.

How do I Buy an Item if it's not on your Website?

Our goal at ergouplift.com is to provide you with the best online shopping experience, that means keeping the site sleek and simple to use. For this purpose, we don't list every single product available from our manufacturers. However, if there is something you want to purchase from any of our suppliers, we'll happily sell it to you with our Low Price Guarentee.  Simply email us at [email protected] with your order and our staff will give you a first rate price and details on completing payment. We carry everything from SiS Ergo, HealthPostures, Anthro Technology Furniture, and Ergotron.

 

Is ErgoUplift.com an Authorized Dealer?  

Yes!  ErgoUplift.com only carries brands that we are 100% authorized to deal to you. This means you get the FULL Warranty.  In fact, our products are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer which saves you both shipping time and money!

 

Questions about Warranty?

As an authorized dealer for all products we carry; you will receive full warranties for everything you buy. Please check the manufacturer’s website for their specific warranty terms and feel free to contact us if you need assistance filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer. We have a summary for each manufacturer below.

  

SiS Ergo Warranty:

SIS-USA inc. warrants to the original Customer for Five years that the products it manufactures are free of defects in craftsmanship and materials found during normal usage in the warranty period. With prompt written notice, SIS-USA inc. shall replace, at its option and cost, any products that fail to conform to the warranty with the exception of items listed below:

SIS-USA warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by a carrier.
  • Labor charges.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Defects caused by improper installation.
  • COM or other third party materials applied to the products.
  • Products subjected to improper us and conditions.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accident, or alteration.

 

 

HealthPostures TaskMate Warranty:

The warranty is extended to the original purchaser/customer and commences on the purchase date from the seller/dealer.  HealthPostures (HP) warrants its TaskMate to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of shipment.

What is not covered by this warranty:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Alteration or modification of the product
  • Abuse, misuse, or accident
  • Damage resulting from shipment or storage

Written notice of the defect must be given to HP within the applicable warranty period.  Any product proven to HP satisfaction to be defective and within warranty period shall be repaired or replaced at HP’s option.  Only HP approved components validate this warranty.  This warranty does not include any labor charges incurred in replacement parts installation.  Freight charges to the factory are at the expense of consumer to seller.  No credit will be given for any repairs to damaged or defective items without prior approval of HP.  HP reserves the right to require that any such items be returned to the factory for inspection.

THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY HP, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MARKETABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.  DAMAGE RESULTING FROM MISUSE, NEGLIGENCE, ACCIDENT OR ALTERATIONS ARE EXCLUDED AND WILL NOT BE PAID.  HP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.

 

 

Anthro Technology Furniture Warranty:

You are covered for a lifetime for any manufacturing defects on most Anthro products. Some products have a limited warranty on certain components, and we've noted those for you. You'll have Anthro for generations.

Sit/Stand Desks:

What is the warranty, and what happens when the motors go out?

There's a lifetime warranty on all of our tables (simply give us a call and we'll send you the necessary materials), and a 2-year warranty on the electrical system.
