As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we are processing your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

How Will My Order Ship?
We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times depend on the manufacturer. Please see below. Note that some products are Made to Order (MTO), which means the product is only manufactured after receiving an order. Other items that qualify for Quick Ship are shipped the same business day upon your order.

Self Service Truck Delivery
Unless noted otherwise, all order are shipped using Self Service Freight. A freight carrier delivers this item. We call this delivery 'Self Service' because you'll need to move the package into your residence yourself. Keep in mind that products that ship this method are large or heavy, so you may require the assistance of a coworker at delivery.
All of our Self Service Delivery providers do require a 2 to 4 hour window for delivery, which will be communicated either by phone or email. Most truck delivery companies offer appointment windows between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. Sometimes freight carriers offer their own additional services. Once we send you your tracking info, you can call the carrier directly to get more info.
Damage Inspection: Please make sure that you inspect the packages at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, "Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem
Inside Delivery and White Glove Freight
Some large or heavy items can be delivered by Inside Delivery. This means the freight vendor will deliver your item and ensure it's placed inside your office or home.
White glove freight is also available. The carrier to ensure the safest and most convenient delivery for a service fee. Delivery inside, setup, connection, and haul away of debris is included.
Please inquire at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if your item qualifies for Inside Delivery or White Glove Delivery.
White glove works similarly to truck freight, but a delivery team of at least two people brings your items into your home for you. Once your order arrives in your area, a representative from the white glove carrier will call you to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds
We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason at anytime due to suspicion of fraud, inability to fulfill product, or any other reason.
All orders cancelled by the customer after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
If you would like to return an item for reasons other than damages, Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to process the return. We will give you instructions for shipping the item. You (the buyer) will be responsible for the paying the shipping charges back to the warehouse. Depending on the item, there may be an additional fee associated with its return. Return fees can be expensive for some items so please consult with us before your purchase for any questions regarding specifications, size, or functionality. Refunds make take 2-3 weeks to fully process and refunds are only issued once we have confirmation of the item's arrival to the manufacturer. Returns must be initiated no more than 14 days after receiving the product.
